The challenger of the Bordeaux vineyards. 80 km further East, it competes in quality and diversity with its big brother Bordeaux. Elegant and racy red, dry and sharp whites, not to mention floral and fruity rosés. But also place of great sweet Monbazillac that could ashame the famous Sauternes.

      Ortus is an elegant wine, smooth, rich and powerful with fruity notes. It is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. The harvest is manual, and a careful selection is performed on the oldest vineyard to keep only the best quality grapes. The wine ages very well in the cellar, but is ready to drink 3-4 years after bottling.

      Bouquet: aromas are very intense, elegant mix of red fruits, flowers and vanilla. The tannins are powerful and smooth at the same time.

      Food Pairing: strong meat, duck, games, riped hard cheese.

      This is a very elegant wine, rich in fruits aromas, with velvety and melting tannins, and notes of oak. This wine is made from the oldest vines of the domain. After fermentation, it is aged 13 months in barrels.

      Food Pairing: roasts, games, duck, cheese.

      It is a wine that develops its complexity while ageing. The grains are separated from their stems and then the wine rests in barrels. It is a rather fruity and delicate wine.

      Bouquet: floral, fruity aromas, characteristics of the grape varieties. According to the age of the wine, notes of currants, plums, earth or cedar are noticed.

      The grapes are marinated for 3 days with their skin to give the wine this beautiful pink colour. It is a smooth wine, very mellow on the palate, highly drinkable and delicious. Perfect to go on a picnic.

      Bouquet: strong notes of blackberries, cherries and flowers. The nose is rich with notes of exotic fruits.

      Food Pairing: seafood, salads, smoked, grilled fish, fish in sauce (perfect with ells and salmon).

      This is a sweet wine made from grapes affected by teh Noble Rot. It is harvested in late autumn. It then matures for 6 months in tanks and then 1é to 18 months in barrels. Rare wine.

      Food Pairing: blue cheese, foie gras, light desserts, drinks.

      This wine is made from grapes affected by the Botrytis cinerea - the noble rot. The result is a surprising semi-dry wine with sweet aromas. This is a surprising wine in an unusual bottle. The wine is fermented in used barrels for 1 year and is aged in barrels for 18 months.

      Food Pairing: fish, scallops, white meat, cheese like Comté.
