      This wine is made from vines located on limestone soil. Harvesting is done manually with a vigorous manual selection of the grapes. The wine is aged for 9 months in oak barrels. It is a smooth wine, pleasant and communicative. It is better be drunk young, up to 5 years after bottling.

      Bouquet: black fruits, fruits. Aromas are developing harmoniously during tasting.

      Food Pairing: most red meat, soft cheese.

The wine is aged for 12 months. It's a deep and complete wine, with silky and elegant tannins. Bouquet: berries and liquorice. Food Pairing: perfect with lamb, grilled, roasted or stewed.

      The vines are located on limestone areas. Harvesting is done manually with a vigorous manual selection of the grapes. The wine is aged for 24 months in brand new French oak barrels. This is one of the best incarnations of Malbec. This wine is extremely stylish and powerful.

      Bouquet: roasted coffee, candied fruits.

      Food Pairing: confit, chocolate, desserts, foie gras and game birds.

    • Cuvée Maurin

      This is the most traditional wine of the Domaine La Bérangeraie. Harvesting is done manually with a vigorous manual selection of the grapes. The wine is unfiltered and naturally matured on lees. It is a vivid and intense wine that is best to drink at 5-12 years of age.

      Bouquet: pepper, truffles, violas, liquorice, cherry, blueberry and blackcurrant.

      Food Pairing: meat in sauce, confit, game, strong cheese.

    • Cuvée Spéciale du Grand Échanson

      This is rare and unique wine made from 80 years old vines and with only 2000 bottles made every year. Harvesting is done manually with a vigorous manual selection of the grapes. This is an elegant wine with unique aromas and taste. This wine has been selected by the Occitan Brotherhood of the Northern Pomerania. The wine are also aged 4 years out of barrels. Unfiltered.

      Bouquet: berries and liquorice.

      Food Pairing: perfect with lamb, roasted and stewed.

It tastes pretty sweet with notes of fruit. It is elegant with velvety tannins. This wine is optimal to drink 5 years after bottling.

      It is a delicate wine, semi- dry, perfect for summer time on the terrace, but also during parties in colder seasons. It is a sweet and refreshing wine.
